Introduction

Any member of the public may view the records of an incorporated Company or registered Business Name, Newspaper or Non-Profit Organisation, via the pay per view service.

Pay Per View Service:

• at the Companies Registry Search Room - available Monday to Friday during the business hours of 8:30 am to 3:15pm; or
• Companies Registry Online - available Monday to Sunday, 24hours a day, on the Registrar General’s Department website;

Subscription Account: A Subscription Account is required for the deduction of fees to download records on Companies Registry Online. To obtain the subscription account, a minimum of five hundred TT dollars ($500.00) must be paid directly to the Companies Registry cashier at the Registrar General’s Department.
