Companies which are created by a specific piece of legislation are known as Companies Incorporated by Act of Parliament. These entities do not fall under the administration of the Registrar but may appear on records kept by the Registrar.

The Registry then reviews the information submitted against the documents uploaded. When the information has been authenticated, the Registry will register the Company Incorporated by Act of Parliament, which will add the role of Member of a Company Incorporated by Act of Parliament/Corporation Sole to the CRA of each member.
